In total, 1877 attendants were present including 1221 registered scientists from 76 countries, 156 speakers, 166 Exhibitors and 230 accredited journalists. About 900 abstracts have been selected for oral (96) or poster (800) presentation.
It is noticeably more that the previous one in 2003 in Roma (about 1200 attendants) indicating that Nutrition science is getting increasing interest and recognition. We will do our best to have the 11th Conference in madrid in 2011 even more successful.
